Silkscreen Printing

Silkscreen Printing, aka Serigraph, is one of the oldest forms of printmaking. It is a stenciling method that involves printing ink through stencils that are supported by a porous fabric mesh stretched across a frame called a screen.

We will take your original artwork, set up a separate stencil and screen for each color, and custom mix each color to match your specifications.

Silkscreen Printing is ideally suited for bold graphic designs.

Embroidery Services

Computerized embroidery machines are used to duplicate digitized patterns onto garments or fabrics. The process uses different types of “fills” and color specifications to add texture to a finished work. The technique is mostly used to add logos and monograms to business shirts or jackets, gifts, and team apparel. It may also be used to decorate household linens.

Dye-Sublimation Printing

Dye sublimation uses a special Sublimation ink. When the ink is heated it turns into a gas that embeds itself into anything with a polyester coating. It creates a seamless, smooth surface. Suitable for 100% polyester garments and other printable products.

The printing method will create intense, rich, and vibrant colors that are long lasting, will not fade, crack, or peel.

Heat Transfer

Heat transfer printing, aka heat printing, is the process of applying printed graphic materials containing a heat-sensitive adhesive on one side to various items with a heat press.

Professional quality heat transfers are a similar process to screen printing, but the image is affixed to the top of the shirt. The texture of the graphic will be different from the rest to the garment.

Ask us about your transfer options. Softness, vibrancy of color, gloss, and background thickness may all vary according to transfer paper.

Digital Printing

Digital printing, aka laser and ink-jet printing, is the process of printing an image directly on a garment using digital files such as PDFs and graphics.  This process takes away the need for a printing plate.

CAD Cut

CAD or Computer Aided Design Cut printing is a method of heat transferring CAD-Cut vinyl and letters onto  your choice apparel.

Great for sports applications or your custom ideas.
